Overview

AVX Technologies is a leading audio visual design, installation and support business servicing Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and wider NSW.

We're looking for the next wave of team members who are just starting their careers and have a genuine interest in audio visual, technology and networking. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced team members who will mentor and train you across a wide range of systems and processes.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting with the installation of new and existing project sites – including cabling, AV hardware and system commissioning.
  • Helping deliver large-format LED video wall installations.
  • Learning from senior team members and gaining exposure to a wide variety of AV technologies.
We're looking for someone with
  • A passion for audio visual, technology and/or networking.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • An interest in building a long-term career in a fast-moving industry.
  • Ideally, a White Card (but we can arrange and fund this for the right candidate).
Qualifications & Requirements

  • Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?
