This role is based in Sydney and reports to the Head of Audience Growth.
Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for social platforms, collaborating with editorial and audience growth.
- Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating a push and pull content ecosystem across owned and off-platform channels.
- Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to key marquee brands or platforms.
- Explore and evaluate emerging or niche social platforms to expand brand presence, assessing potential benefits and risks.
- Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategy for Mamamia brand, show, and sub-brand channels.
- Track, analyse, and optimise key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to drive platform growth.
- Leverage social media monitoring tools and industry research to generate insights that inform data-driven content creation.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members on social media best practices and platform updates.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital media management, with a track record of successful social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimisation, and platform-specific best practices.
- Experience leading and managing a social media team, with the ability to delegate tasks and drive team success.
- Strategic thinker who can develop innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience interests.
- Team player with effective communication and the ability to give and receive feedback with honesty and respect.
- Ability to prioritise the needs and perspectives of our audience and commercial partners in decision-making.
- Adaptability and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The ICONIC – Social & Influencer Media Coordinator (Sydney, NSW)The ICONIC is a fashion e-commerce and lifestyle destination and part of the LiSTNR family. Reporting to the Senior Social & Influencer Manager, this role identifies purposeful creator partnerships and drives engagement on social channels to support traffic to THE ICONIC's app and website.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Be a go-to support for the team, jumping in on ad hoc projects, competitor research, and campaign reporting.
- Support social media activities and influencer partnerships as required.

Your day-to-day- Maximise digital revenue across all SCA products including LiSTNR streaming and Podcasts, SoundCloud, Sonos Radio, social media & video.
- Develop new digital clients and build retention strategies across key agency patches.
- Collaborate with radio sales teams to develop multi-platform advertising solutions.
- Ensure digital budgets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients.
- Be the face of the LiSTNR brand among your client patch and have fun doing it.
- 2+ years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence; ability to engage and influence target audiences.
- Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to maximise value for both clients and the business.
- 2-3 years of B2B selling and new business development experience with a proven track record.

Media Effectiveness Manager – iProspectiProspect is a global digital-first end-to-end media agency. It combines media strategy and storytelling with digital expertise and audience knowledge to drive performance-driven brand building. We are excited to invite applications for the role of Media Effectiveness Manager as part of a specialty team partnering with a global client.
Data in marketing and advertising is changing rapidly, and this role focuses on designing and implementing analytical solutions to ensure effective media investment and optimization.
The roleWorking within the client's data and supporting the media team by delivering insights and recommendations; translating client challenges into digital maturity models, roadmaps and strategies; collaborating with senior leadership to provide thought leadership and insights for best-practice analytics and performance optimization; driving MMM with the client's global tool; partnering with the client's measurement team to develop data and analytics setups; and consulting on best-practice processes to collect and ingest data for media optimization, data visualization, reporting and measurement.

- Experience applying analytics to paid media, Google Marketing Stack and other measurement, adserver & bid management solutions and audience segmentation.
- Experience building exec-level insights packs and dashboards that inform budgeting decisions.
- Background in technology from applications to infrastructure.
- Experience building quality industry and category-level insights to support strategy.

SalarySalary range for this role is between $04k - 108k inclusive of Superannuation, dependent on skill set and experience.
