The Opportunity

Mineral Resources is seeking experienced All-Rounder Training Specialists to join our team on an 8x6 roster. Reporting to the Training Superintendent, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive 1x1 training packages to employees selected for our Training Pathways Program. The Program is designed to upskill and build the capabilities of our current employees in machines such as Dozers, Graders, Excavators, and Loaders.

  • Deliver extensive 1x1 training to MinRes personnel in the safe and efficient operation of Surface Mobile Equipment
  • Identify opportunities to upskill SME Operators through ongoing analysis, and develop and promote production increase initiatives
  • Review all plant and equipment programs to ensure they are up to date, and meet current standards of operation
  • Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service
  • Mentoring peers and colleagues to enhance skills and capabilities of the broader team

What is Required?

  • Extensive operational experience on various equipment including Dozer, Grader, Loader and Excavator
  • A strong passion for sharing your own knowledge and experience
  • Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE – 16 or 22)
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • RIIMPO310E Conduct Grader Operations (Desirable)
  • RIIMPO301D Conduct Hydraulic Excavator Operations (Desirable)
  • RIIMPO308E Conduct Track Dozer Operations (Desirable)
  • RIIMPO304D Conduct Wheel Loader Operations (Desirable)
