General Manager, Distribution

Responsibilities
  • Lead national sales teams (BDMs, Relationship Managers) across broker and wholesale channels
  • Drive strategic growth through broker network and key aggregator partnerships
  • Build profitable relationships with mortgage managers, dealerships, and white label partners
  • Set distribution strategy with C-suite and deliver volume/performance targets
  • Represent the company at industry forums and enhance market presence
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in residential lending sales/business development
  • Proven track record managing national sales teams in alternative finance landscapes
  • Deep fluency in intermediary models and sophisticated lending architectures
  • Established networks across broker ecosystems and institutional channels
