Lead Recruiter - APAC | End to End Recruitments Expert

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
  • Break down large, ambiguous problems into smaller, well-defined tasks or use cases.
  • Create process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and other artifacts.
  • Translate business needs into logical, structured, and actionable requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to uncover root causes.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and data analysis as required.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills with a methodical problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Proven experience in writing clear and structured documentation (e.g., user stories, use cases, BRDs).
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, or similar).
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to low-code platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, Microsoft Power Platform).
  • Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) will be an added advantage.
