The Senior Human Resources Officer (Projects) supports the development and implementation of the Office of the Health Ombudsman (OHO) Learning and Development (L&D) Framework. The role involves coordinating and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of the OHO workforce.
In This Role You Will- Manage staff engagement, consultation, and facilitation to support learning and development initiatives, using modern project management methods.
- Work with the Manager, Human Resources, to develop and implement the L&D Framework and related processes to ensure efficient delivery.
- Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders, seeking feedback to inform L&D development and implementation.
- Analyze L&D activities to ensure they align with organizational values and government requirements.
- Provide high-quality support and communication to maximize the use of the Learning Management System, ELMO.
- Promote a workplace culture focused on outcomes and continuous learning.
- Assist with other HR projects and operational tasks as directed.
