eCommerce & Digital Manager

Full-time | Melbourne-based

The role

This is more than managing a website or running campaigns. As part of a tight senior leadership team, reporting directly to the founder, you'll take full ownership of MR. Smith's digital strategy — from acquisition to retention, and every touchpoint in between. You'll be trusted to drive outcomes, grow capability and bring a sharp commercial lens to every decision.

With the US and Australia as priority markets, your goal is simple: lift performance, grow revenue, and ensure every digital interaction reflects the brand's premium positioning for its customers and partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the global digital growth and eComm strategy
  • Drive performance across paid media, SEO, CRM and loyalty to fuel revenue and repeat purchase
  • Optimise the Shopify experience to improve conversion, retention and customer experience
  • Own digital metrics and media spend to ensure return on investment
  • Collaborate closely with sales, brand and ops teams to align digital with broader strategy
  • Lead and grow a nimble team with care, clarity and commercial intent
