About your new job:
Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a ledger of accounts
  2. Bank reconciliations
  3. Daily allocation of payments
  4. Handling customer inquiries and processing credit claims
  5. Following up on outstanding/overdue invoices
  6. Opening new accounts
  7. Focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  8. Assisting and working closely with customer service
  9. Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:
You will have a background in Credit / Accounts Receivable and a passion for building relationships.
  1. Previous experience in credit control/accounts receivable - ideally in end-to-end capacity
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Preferably a background working in a product-based environment, however not essential
  4. Intermediate Excel skills
