We are looking for a motivated individual with a can-do attitude, obsessed with their customer and obsessed with results who will work alongside the kitchen team to deliver meals that fuel our 1,200 team members onsite at our global headquarters.

Responsibilities
  • Working within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of menus, updated weekly
  • Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Head Chef and the team in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  • Able to organise events and catering
  • Support with ordering and stock levels
  • Provide support to the team with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation and plating
  • Assist with on-the-job training for new team members
  • Be able to set up your workstation with all the equipment you need and keep tidy
  • Support Head Chef with menu innovation
Skills & Experience
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience as a chef in a volume cafe
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures
  • Time management skills with ability to work well under pressure and high volumes
  • Ability to be creative and think on your feet
