Overview

We\'re Hiring: Business Analyst – AI Strategy & Coordination

Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)

Duration- Initial 6 months

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for AI and business transformation?

We\'re seeking a Business Analyst with strong project coordination skills to help deliver our AI strategy and roadmap and support the planning of AI initiatives.

This is not a standard delivery BA role — we\'re looking for someone who can lead business initiatives, run discovery workshops, and provide strategic advisory, ideally with experience in AI-related projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business initiatives, run discovery workshops, and provide strategic advisory, ideally with experience in AI-related projects.
  • Assist in delivering the AI strategy and roadmap and support planning of AI initiatives.
  • Engage with solution stakeholders, manage meetings, and coordinate project activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven system solution analytical experience
  • Experience in providing project coordination services on ICT delivery projects
  • Experience documenting business requirements and functional designs (e.g., user stories, wireframes, mock-ups)
  • Strong stakeholder negotiation skills across business, technical teams, and product owners
  • Ability to lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholders
  • Experience in process re-engineering (capturing as-is/to-be states)
  • Knowledge of project reporting (status updates, schedules, steering committee packs)
  • Experience in meeting management (scheduling, agendas, minutes/actions)
  • Familiarity with MS Project or reporting tools like Zeno
  • Experience in AI domain or AI-related implementation initiatives (highly desirable)
