Join Icon Group as a Clinical Research Assistant in Adelaide, supporting oncology and haematology trials.

Your role

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the coordination and administration of oncology and haematology clinical trials across multiple phases.
  • Collecting, processing, and dispatching clinical trial samples and preparing laboratory kits according to study protocols.
  • Preparing for patient visits, coordinating appointment scheduling, and liaising with external hospitals regarding tissue or medical information requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files and essential records in accordance with GCP.
  • Assisting trial investigators with documentation reviews and sign-offs, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
  • Supporting remote and on-site monitoring visits by study sponsors and CROs.
  • Occasionally traveling between local clinics to assist with cross-site research activity.
About you

Qualifications

  • A relevant undergraduate degree (or working towards one) in Health Sciences, Nursing, or Allied Health.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management.
  • Australian working rights and the ability to commit to full-time employment for the duration of the contract.
  • Previous experience in clinical research assistance is desirable.
