The role

This role is available for 3 to 5 days per week and involves a mix of mobile and telehealth work.

Responsibilities
  • Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop clear, practical BSPs
  • Coach families, support workers, and educators
  • Review and adjust plans based on data and feedback
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team
  • Use modern tools to keep your work organised and transparent

What you bring
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience and NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • A relevant allied health degree (e.g. psychology, nursing, social work, education etc.)
  • Skill in developing and implementing BSPs within the NDIS framework
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening, or ability to obtain these checks.
