Position Summary

As a Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, you will:

  • Drive high-impact group and catering business opportunities with significant revenue potential
  • Develop innovative sales strategies aligned with market intelligence and property objectives
  • Champion our service culture, nurturing guest loyalty and delivering memorable experiences at every touchpoint
  • Apply advanced negotiation and creative sales techniques to close business and forge lasting partnerships
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and future clients through genuine, anticipatory service
  • Lead with purpose – inspire and support your Sales team to achieve excellence
  • Uphold our gold standards and policies, ensuring seamless execution of all managerial responsibilities

  • Organize and lead team-building activities to support associate engagement and wellbeing

About You

  • Previous experience in a managerial sales role within luxury or hospitality
  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Highly motivated, agile, and driven by results in a dynamic environment
  • Possess strategic thinking, refined interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
