About the role
The Legal and Client Support Officer, Clerk Grade 3 / 4 role, is a valuable addition to our existing administration division at Legal Aid NSW.
The role serves as an important first point of contact for clients with complex legal and non-legal issues, providing appropriate information and organizing support or services.
It offers clerical and legal administrative support to legal teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

You are a dedicated, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a collaborative team player, you deliver high-quality support services with professionalism and reliability.
Your strong communication skills enable effective engagement with clients and legal staff across various interactions, including reception duties, phone inquiries, and legal administrative tasks. You approach client service proactively and confidently manage competing priorities.
You possess a solid administrative background and are proficient with various technologies supporting daily operations. Your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy and efficiency in your work.
