Some of your Key Responsibilities :

  1. Perform any reasonable task as requested by management.
  2. Keeps the work areas tidy and clean.
  3. Minimizes spoilage and utilizes food surplus control.
  4. Maximizes personal productivity.
  5. Stores food as per the 43-point checklist.
  6. Ensures that all food is prepared and served according to the hotel standards.
  7. Produces food with proper cooking and presentation under supervision.
  8. Ensures standard recipes are used and that food presentation matches pictures.
  9. Ensures all machines, furniture (fridges, benches, etc.), equipment, and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times.
  10. Checks all assigned areas for sanitation and hygiene to prevent contamination.
  11. Maintains the kitchen in a safe condition to prevent accidents.
  12. Maintains interdepartmental communication.
  13. Participates in training as directed.
  14. Displays motivation, professionalism, skills, and team spirit in performing duties.
  15. Reports all accidents, hazards, and safety concerns to the Chef de Partie.
  16. Familiar with hotel fire, safety, and security procedures.
  17. Performs shifts/duties in any Kitchen/Food and Beverage area as required by management.
