The Opportunity

Role

As a Safety Advisor, you'll work closely with our experienced safety leadership team to manage Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities across aged care and sports redevelopment sites. Your role will include:

• Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Managing EHS and environmental systems in line with the Project Management Plan (PMP).
• Mentoring and coaching teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Analysing safety data to identify trends and influence project safety strategies.
• Supporting the rollout of safety initiatives and technologies (e.g., HammerTech).
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in construction safety coordination/management, ideally on aged care, sports, or community projects.
• Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using digital safety systems.
