The Contract Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts related to mining operations, including procurement, services, and construction. This office-based role ensures that contracts are compliant, commercially sound, and aligned with project and corporate objectives.

Specific role requirements:

  • Experience in working for Tier 1 EPCM company
  • Experience in managing Civil & SMPEI Contract Packages - Pre-award and post award
  • Demonstrated claims management experience.
  • Ability to work in high performance team and managing client expectations
  • Ability to drive positive cost and schedule outcomes through collaboration and interfacing with key project stake holders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
