Are you the type of person who makes a mean cup of tea, can hold a great convo, and doesn't panic when someone asks where the remote is? You might be our next Disability Support Worker

We're on the hunt for compassionate, reliable, and slightly legendary humans to join our growing team across the Northern Shoalhaven region. You'll be supporting people with disabilities and/or mental health conditions to live their best lives - in their own homes, on their own terms.

Think of it as being a real-life superhero... just with less spandex and more practical shoes.

Your Superpowers Will Include
  • Assisting with daily living (showers, dressing, the occasional "where's my sock?" mission)
  • Helping out around the house (cleaning, meal prep, the usual grown-up stuff)
  • Following behaviour support plans like a champ
  • Keeping an eye on things and reporting any changes
Your Utility Belt Should Include
  • At least 3 months of experience in disability or mental health support
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health (or a similar badge of honour)
  • Valid First Aid & CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to get them)
  • A driver's licence and your own trusty vehicle
  • A Police Check that clears you for superhero status (Willingness to do one through us - we\'ve got you)
