As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Director to join our leadership team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for shaping the future of our practice.

The Role

As Legal Director, you will:

• Lead the legal function of the firm and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide high-level legal advice and strategic direction across migration and business law.
• Mentor, manage, and develop our legal and professional team.
• Oversee trust account management and compliance as an authorised principal.
• Work closely with the Managing Directors on firm strategy, growth, and client service delivery.
• Represent Healy Daloia in professional, client, and stakeholder engagements.

About You

We are seeking a senior, forward-thinking lawyer who combines technical expertise with proven leadership. To be considered, you will need:

• A Senior Lawyer, with Unrestricted Practising Certificate in Victoria.
• Successful completion of an approved Practice Management Course (PMC).
• At least 5 years post-admission experience, ideally in migration law, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience in a law firm or legal team.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues.
