In the role of Senior Consultant, Campaign Management, you will join the Personal Bank Marketing team that's doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Deliver all campaigns/programs to target and within allocated budgets
  • Ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs to support our customers through planned delivery cycles and agreed dates.
  • Run and manage squad cadences including sprint planning, team stand-ups and backlog grooming.
  • Manage the integration and prioritisation of marketing delivery with other teams across the enterprise to ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and manage, in conjunction with Segment Lead 90 day & Yearly delivery calendar, monthly performance updates, Marketing approval process and go to market plans.
  • Work with stakeholders across the enterprise and with external agencies to ensure successful deployment of programs and performance management with Product owners.
  • Work closely with Segment Lead to deliver programs to achieve business objectives including reporting on outcomes and identify areas of opportunity
  • Lead and motivate team members including modelling organisational behaviours; coaching/mentoring; identifying training/development needs etc

We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Extensive marketing experience, financial services industry preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company's business and marketing approaches environment.
  • Degree in marketing and post grad management training.
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to business requirements for major projects
  • Strong creative and content skills, creating consistency and linkage across portfolios, driving efficiencies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in an agile, cross functional project environment
