    We are looking for a friendly and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team.

    About The Role

    As our Casual Concierge / Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide prompt and friendly service throughout our local community and will be responsible for:
    • Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
    • Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
    • Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
    • Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
    • Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
    • Updating details in membership system
    • Driving our Club patrons safely to their home via the courtesy bus service
    • Driving our members and guests to attend events
    • Facilitate cloak room service; and
    • Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.

    Requirements
    • Reception / concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
    • Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints
    • Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
    • Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
    • Full Driver's license with clean driving record
    • Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and
    • Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
