About The Role

Are you passionate about laboratory science and precision data work? Join our high-performing team as a Technical Assistant, where you'll drive routine sampling, chemical and microbiological testing, and equipment calibration. With strong proficiency in laboratory operations and utilising computer-based systems, you'll contribute to technical reporting, inventory control and regulatory compliance. If you're ready to support city-wide lab operations and deliver analytical excellence in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact

About You

The successful candidate will hold qualifications in science, environmental or a related discipline, or possess strong hands-on experience in lab operations. You'll bring expertise in NATA-accredited QA/QC procedures, proficiency in LIMS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and hold a current driver's licence. Teamwork, communication and organisational skills will round out your technical capability in this fast-paced lab environment.
