About The RoleAs a Customer Services Representative at TigerPak you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support, consistently delivering fast, accurate, and on-time solutions to their needs. Whether you are handling enquiries, resolving complaints, or processing orders, you will uphold our "Extreme Customer Service" guarantee at all times. TigerPak has a fast-paced, fun and vibrant culture with a focus on extreme Customer Service and going the extra mile for our clients. We value and look after each and every one of our team members.
The Role- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone & email.
- Provide accurate product information and assistance with placing orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner through a ticket system.
- Work with other departments in the business to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial though not necessary. We offer training, both internal and external. Candidates with experience in any office-based customer service role will be considered.
