As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. • Key Educator Approach : Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Cessnock is Rated Exceeding National Quality Standards.
• Safe and Supportive Environment : Goodstart Early Learning Cessnock is a 75 place centre offering a secure setting close to shops and the community.
• Individualized Curriculum : The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You'll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSWWorking with Children Check
