We're seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Moorabbin, Melbourne office, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold, warm, and hot calls to prospective and existing clients
  • Set appointments and manage client meeting schedules
  • Follow up to nurture leads and close opportunities
  • Attend tradeshows and events to represent our brand and generate leads
  • Use CRM software and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report progress

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communicator with strong phone skills
  • Highly organised with great follow-through
  • Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
  • Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
