Responsibilities
  • Inspire the team with strong leadership and build a culture that's pumped and always game-day ready
  • Lead the operations that keep everything running smoothly
  • Train, mentor, and upskill your squad to bring their A-game to every shift
  • Drive financial performance and turn insights into winning plays
  • Make sure every part of the venue reflects our brand, energy, and best in class standards

What You'll Bring
  • 2 years' Hospitality experience (preferably in restaurants or pubs)
  • Demonstrate mateship by providing an exceptional experience for the team and customers
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced
  • A competitive edge that thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-energy team
