We are seeking motivated Machine Operators for our salad processing facility in Bairnsdale. Responsibilities include working on production lines and maintaining food quality standards.

Shifts available: Night shift at 12:06 am and Day shift at 10:30 am. Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 15 kg, and have good English skills for compliance paperwork. Some work on public holidays and Sundays during peak periods (penalty rates apply).

• Operate machinery and equipment on food processing lines
• Achieve output and line speed targets within set timeframes
• Work efficiently on fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
• Maintain food safety standards
• Keep work area clean and safe

• Proactive attitude with an interest in continuous improvement
• Physically fit, able to lift between 15-20kg repetitively
• Willing to work in a cold environment (2-4°C), PPE provided
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Eager to learn and adapt
• Experience in FMCG or food industry is a plus but not essential
• Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and HACCP is advantageous but training will be provided
• Flexible to work overtime as required
• Police checks are part of the recruitment process
