About the role

Are you a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist looking to join a dynamic and growing hair salon? Empyre Hair Studio is seeking a passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join our team in our Shellharbour, NSW location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and desired look

Provide a range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring & styling

Advise clients on suitable hair care products and maintenance

Stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling techniques and trends

Learn from arguably the best hair cutter in the Illawarra

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Hair Stylist in a salon environment

Formal qualifications in hairdressing

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring & styling

Passion for delivering high-quality hair styling services

Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
