What you'll be doing:

• Leading private appointments with intuition, empathy, and a knack for reading between the lines.
• Building real relationships with clients, ensuring every interaction is as memorable as the gowns themselves.
• Owning your sales targets (and surpassing them, because excellence is the standard here).
• Supporting your team with generosity and collaboration—because success is sweeter when celebrated together.
• Keeping things seamless behind the scenes: systems, follow-ups, studio presentation.

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or a client-facing role where presence mattered as much as performance.
• Someone who thrives under pressure, balancing big-picture thinking with the ability to resolve little moments of chaos calmly and logically.
• A polished communicator who can inspire trust in every interaction.
• A team player who leads by example, celebrates others, and never loses sight of the client-first mindset.
• A professional with impeccable presentation—because appearance is part of the experience.
