Role: Site Engineer

Overview

Due to rep e ntly secured projects across renewables and major transport, we are seeking a Site Engineer to join from the outset of these projects to oversee, supervise and coordinate technical aspects, provide technical advice, and ensure quality standards are met. These are DIDO roles from Newcastle, NSW.

Your Everyday
  • Coordinating day-to-day activities and acting as a point of escalation for critical and non-critical events.
  • Managing subcontractor packages of works including on-site coordination between work fronts and different disciplines.
  • Coordinate material delivery, tracking and reporting.
  • Undertaking quality inspections and review of works including ITP completion.
  • Tracking daily progress and productivity and reporting.
  • Provide input to program for both completed activities and look ahead.
Who are you?
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other relevant studies.
  • Some relevant experience on civil construction projects.
  • Sound understanding of TfNSW specifications.
  • Confidence working closely with key stakeholders and managing client interactions.
  • Clear driver's license and own transport.
  • Ability or interest in working away from home on a roster for upcoming remote projects.
