An exciting opportunity waits for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Sub-Acute Occupational Therapy team

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, quality improvement, governance, and staff supervision within the Sub Acute Care – Rehabilitation stream.

You'll be supported by a collaborative team of senior clinicians and management, ensuring you have the resources and mentorship to thrive in your role.

To be successful, applicants will have:

  • Extensive post-graduate experience, delivering high-level, contemporary occupational therapy services.
  • A deep understanding of Aboriginal culture and experience working with patients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, supervise, and support staff and students.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing a high-volume, complex caseload effectively.
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in clinical practice.
