The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to join our team. With your expertise, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of field staff across several projects in the water space. Your strength lies in identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project delivery. You are a problem solver and you will have a knack for building lasting relationships with field crews & customers.

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Engineers, Project Managers and Administrators.

You will bring:

  • Experience in recruiting and managing self-performing teams with the ability to identify, proactively manage and increase skills of existing and new field staff
  • Experience supervising and managing subcontractors
  • A detailed level of knowledge of the contractual resources and project budget requirements
  • Experience in planning onsite works including people, plant, equipment, subcontractors and materials
  • The ability to work on sites across Greater Adelaide
  • A background in the civil space (civil construction, pipelaying, trenching, etc)
