New Plumbing Solutions (NPS) is expanding – and we're looking for a bold, strategic leader to help us build something exceptional in Queensland.

As the Contract Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial and operational success across new contracts in Queensland and other regions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is more than just a leadership role — it's a chance to help establish and grow a high-performing team from the ground up in a new market.

What You'll Be Doing


• Lead the delivery and performance of metering and connections contracts across Queensland


• Drive regional growth and operational excellence in a newly established market


• Build and lead a brand-new team with a strong safety and performance culture


• Engage key stakeholders to secure new opportunities and grow existing partnerships


• Achieve financial, workforce, and customer satisfaction targets


• Be a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring


• Proven operational leadership experience fostering high performance culture


• Experience managing large commercial contracts in utilities, infrastructure, or similar sectors


• Demonstrated success in business development and account growth


• Proven ability to build and lead teams in new or emerging markets


• Strong financial, operational, and workforce management skills


• Experience in the water industry highly regarded
