We have numerous opportunities for passionate individuals across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast. Our clients are renowned for executing innovative and sustainable engineering projects. We are now seeking to appoint Hydraulic Engineers, Hydraulic Designers, 12D Designers, and Civil Engineers to work on a variety of high-profile projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. The Hydraulic Engineers will have experience in detention basin designs and overland flow studies, working with Xpstorm, Tuflow, QGIS, and Hecras.
  2. 12D Designers and Civil Engineers should have experience in roads/highways infrastructure, urban, commercial, or residential development, with a passion for collaborative work.
  3. Operators should excel in relationship and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality engineering solutions within tight deadlines.
  4. Provide technical advice and support to clients and project stakeholders.
  5. Roles can involve client-facing work or behind-the-scenes project management, depending on the candidate's preference and career goals.
Key Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2-5 years of relevant experience; we consider junior to mid-level candidates, with salaries ranging from $100k to $200k.
  3. Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Xpstorm, etc.
  4. Strong knowledge of Australian standards and codes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
