Quality and Risk Manager - Division of Child and Family Services (ISLHD). Temporary Full Time until 28 June 2026 with possible extension. Location: Warrawong, NSW. Salary: $109,857 - $129,624 per annum + 12% super and salary packaging. Applications close: 24 September 2025.
Join us in shaping healthier futures. The Quality and Risk Manager will provide specialised support to the ISLHD Division Kids and Families (K&F), with a primary focus on district-wide Child and Family (C&F) and PARVAN services.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (K&F Executive, C&F Service Managers and staff) to ensure a consistent and integrated framework of staff and client safety, quality improvement and risk management across all service activities.
- Lead and coordinate efforts to meet National Standards for Accreditation in collaboration with key stakeholders involved in client support and care.
- Act as a key resource and lead in ensuring C&F meet required standards and practices in safety, quality and risk management.
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current AHPRA Registration or Eligibility for peak professional association.
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
