The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity based in Frenchs Forest for an experienced Product Manager, to develop and implement product marketing strategies which contribute to increased unit growth, profitability, and market share. In this autonomous and brand-new role, you will be joining a collegiate and collaborative group of people and have the support of your manager who wants to see you succeed. To be successful in this role you will be self-driven, have strong commercial acumen & stakeholder engagement skills driving improvements in profitability across this portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare product marketing plans which drive actions and outcomes and implement the marketing activity for a group of products
- Developing integrated marketing communication strategies and collateral, either internally or in conjunction with advertising agencies, that are consistent with corporate image and objectives
- Deliver relevant promotional materials to customers via sales and/or digital media channels
- Conduct market research on competitor activity and customer perceptions
- Be considered an allograft subject matter expert to support the sales team and other functions
- 3 years + industry experience within biotech/orthopaedic medical device sales, marketing or product management
- Tertiary qualifications in health sciences, nursing, biomedical engineering or similar preferred
- Experience working with a variety of different sales/distribution partners: Direct sales force, independent sales reps, national and local Agents; distribution partners
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process
