As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care that meets the highest professional and ethical standards. Working closely with the Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care to support the health and wellbeing of patients. Your role will involve applying your clinical knowledge and skills while ensuring all care is consistent with regulatory and statutory requirements.
This position offers the opportunity to develop and grow your professional practice, from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse, within a supportive and collaborative team environment. You will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, while retaining accountability for your own actions and decisions. With a focus on patient dignity, safety and quality, you will help make a positive difference in the lives of those in your care.
About YouYou are a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who brings a strong commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care. You work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, demonstrate sound clinical judgement, and uphold the highest professional standards in all aspects of your practice.
Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with current practising certificate
Skilled in delivering person-centred care and effective clinical communication
Able to prioritise workload, work within a team, and respond to changing patient needs
Knowledgeable in professional standards, legislation and safe nursing practices
