Reporting to a Customer Experience Manager, you will draw on your experience and background in Rehabilitation and play a key role in the success of WorkFocus by proactively establishing and managing Employer/Agent/Stakeholder relationships to ensure growth via exceptional customer service, a professional customer interface and supporting high-quality service delivery.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers.
  • Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges including cross selling of products and/or services.
  • Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting.
  • Conduct a variety of specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions in line with WorkFocus service delivery requirements.
  • Identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service.
Qualifications

Skills and Attributes to support the role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or other equivalent allied health/work health and safety professions required.
  • Minimum of two years of personal injury insurance experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer drivers and customer service in work and wellness.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in the personal injury insurance schemes.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
