Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with a strong foundation in technical development to support automation initiatives for one of our key insurance clients. This role is positioned within the Intelligent Automation stream and will involve designing, building, and deploying automation solutions, while leveraging strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and SQL. The ideal candidate will combine a developer's technical depth with a mindset for automation and continuous improvement. You will be working closely with business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to transform manual processes into efficient, automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using in-house frameworks and best practices.
  • Build supporting components and services using C#, .NET, SQL.
  • Collaborate with process analysts to translate business requirements into automation solutions
  • Enhance and maintain existing automation solutions to meet changing business needs
  • Ensure reusability, scalability, and security within the automation designs
  • Support testing, deployment, and documentation of automation components
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting during project delivery
Skills
  • Proven experience with C#, .NET Framework/Core, and SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.) or willingness to work in automation
  • Experience developing APIs, RESTful services, or integrations between systems
  • Strong debugging, code optimization, and performance tuning skills
  • Ability to work in Agile development environments
