Australia Country Manager - Herbicide Industry
Home based, EOR with BIPO
Responsibilities- Customer Development: Develop customers in the Australia market, identify potential clients and business opportunities, increase market share, and create sales plans based on company requirements.
- Customer Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback, provide quality service before, during, and after sales, and build strong relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handling Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints and disputes to ensure they are properly addressed.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research as required by the company, analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide accurate insights to support sales strategy development.
- Payment Collection: Remind customers to make payments on time to ensure financial security.
- Risk Management: Stay updated on market policies, regulations, and trade barriers, and provide risk warnings and solutions to support business expansion.
- Other Tasks: Assist other departments with related tasks, such as product registration.
