The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join our Digital & CX team on a 12-month contract. You'll be embedded in our Retirement fusion team, designing intuitive and accessible digital experiences for member-facing insurance services and related enhancements across web and mobile platforms.

You'll lead design activities from discovery through to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and researchers to create high-fidelity design solutions that meet business and member needs. You'll also advocate for user-centered design and contribute to the evolution of our design practice.

About You

You're a seasoned digital design professional with:

  • 5+ years' experience in service and experience design for digital products.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Confluence, Jira, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong facilitation skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience in acquisition-focused UX, onboarding flows, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android app development and platforms like Angular, Next.js, and Sitecore (preferred).
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (preferred).
