Experience Design Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Experience Design Leader to drive meaningful improvements in user experience and lead the design on initiatives that impact the financial futures of over 900,000 members.

The successful candidate will have end-to-end design leadership expertise, with a strong understanding of UX evaluation and improvement, design system development, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with agile delivery teams and contribute to the creation of a scalable, accessible design system.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A senior designer comfortable leading complex work, influencing stakeholders, and thinking in systems.
  • Experience in design systems, including building, maintaining, and evolving scalable systems that prioritize accessibility and consistency across platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting design concepts, research insights, and UX recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
