About the Role :
As a Support Worker you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and assistance to individuals living with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling, independent lives. This includes support across daily living tasks, community participation, social inclusion, and skill-building activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation
- Assist clients to engage in the community, including recreational and social activities
- Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals and develop independent living skills
- Maintain clear and accurate shift documentation and progress notes
- Follow client care plans and behaviour support strategies
- Administer medication (where trained and authorised)
- Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar (desirable)Current NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working With Children Check (WWCC)First Aid and CPR certificationCompletion of NDIS orientation modulesValid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleEvidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinationsWhat We Offer :
