Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Section Supervisor, located in Townsville, QLD. The CNC Section Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing CNC operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Key day-to-day tasks include managing and training team members, coordinating workflow, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Training abilities
  • Trade Qualifications in Fitting, Machining, Sheet Metal or Fabrication will be given preference.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic Finance knowledge and budgeting experience
  • Proficiency in CNC machinery and operations
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
