About the role
Join our Workforce Team as a Business Analyst, where you'll support commercial and operational reporting, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights that drive business improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst looking to grow within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly and monthly ANNAC reports and assist with month-end board packs.
  • Maintain daily labour data and generate labour hour reports.
  • Prepare and lodge 24/7 Nurse reports and follow up gaps with Business Partners.
  • Track agency usage and support monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines.
  • Assist with labour forecasting and master roster alignment.
  • Generate NQIP reports quarterly, and other ad hoc reports as required.
  • Support the Funding team and provide coverage for other analysts when needed.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of tools, procedures, and processes.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • An undergraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Progress toward CPA/CA qualifications (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an accounting or business analyst role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
