About the Role

As our Assistant Director, you'll work alongside the Centre Manager to ensure the smooth running of the centre while being a friendly, approachable face for families and staff alike.

You'll:

  • Be the first point of contact for families – guiding them through tours, enrolments, and transitions
  • Support and mentor educators, helping the team grow and shine
  • Implement engaging learning programs inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy
  • Handle important admin (A&R, compliance, enrolments) with ease
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment where every child and family feels at home
What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • Diploma qualified (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (essential)
  • Experienced as an Assistant Director in a centre with 60+ children
  • Confident with A&R, compliance, and team management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Line Leader or OWNA a bonus
  • Warm, professional, and approachable – especially on the phone
  • Passionate about early childhood and looking for a long-term career move
  • Ready to start right away
