Are you passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive residential setting? We are seeking a dedicated Direct Care Worker (Residential) to join our team and deliver exceptional service to residents. This is an opportunity to make a positive difference in individuals' lives within a supportive, collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you will provide direct care services to residents, supporting their daily needs to promote their well-being. You will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals. Your responsibilities include ensuring residents' comfort and safety, assisting with daily activities, and delivering high-quality care that makes a difference.

What We're Looking For:
  • Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Experience exercising judgment and initiative in daily tasks.
  • Experience providing direct care in a health-related field.
  • Experience working with aged, frail, or disabled persons.
  • Proficiency with computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
