About The Role

We're looking for a friendly and energetic Concierge and Events Officer to join our team. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and can juggle multiple tasks, this is the role for you.
Administrative Officer Level 6, starting salary from $ $ $ plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for clients, offering a warm welcome and excellent customer service
- Manage calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the right team
- Ensure that meeting rooms and event spaces are set up to client requirements, service rooms with water and catering throughout the day, and reset rooms after meetings have finished.
- Stay organised, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team
- Acting as a Fire warden and First Aider when required
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Customer service experience in event operations or corporate hospitality
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well both alone and with others
