Job description : Role : Lead Educator

Centre : Goodstart Logan Village

Employment Type : PermanentFull Time, 38hr Monday to Friday

Pay Rate : Up to $39.35 + Superannuation + Benefits

This role is internally known as Senior Educator within Goodstart.

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need :

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsCurrent QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
