Our firm is growing rapidly through a combination of acquisition and organic growth. With our most recent acquisition underway (commenced July 2025), we are currently expanding the team for the next chapter of growth. As part of this, we are currently looking to hire an experienced accounting and taxation business services manager to help lead the team and deliver first class client solutions. This role will report directly to our general manager with an external designation of "Associate - Manager"

All Associates are given the opportunity to qualify for the Associate Equity Program which is our official pathway to ownership and Partnership at 360 Partners. Not everyone wants to be a Partner, but for those that do, we are open to welcoming high quality people into the ownership group. We currently have two Junior Partners and one Associate (Millennials) that have taken this pathway in the last three years. Its a great opportunity for the next generation of firm owners.

The successful applicant will be energetic, outgoing, social and be willing to involve themselves in all aspects of a modern business. We are searching for someone that is motivated to learn, has a good work ethic and a strong sense of innovation. If you have aspirations to develop a broad range of expertise, 360 Partners is the place for you.

In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate will have completed CA or CPA to a high standard and will have an accounting or commerce degree.

In terms of experience, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years current experience managing team members in a business services public practice tax firm environment and have a deep understanding of the Australian taxation system.

You will have excellent communication and computer skills (word, excel, outlook, Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks etc). Any other additional qualifications or expertise will be looked upon favorably (IT skills, sales or marketing etc.).

The Role

The successful candidatewill be exposed to opportunities and experiences that are not readily in the marketplace.

You will be involved in:

Assist in the management of team members. This includes the management of budgets and workflow.

Supervise, mentor and train junior team members.

Assist with the review of technical work completed by the team.

Providing expert advice to clients including client group financial reporting, tax strategy, tax compliance and other special projects.

Outstanding client service and delivery of a professional experience,

Collaboration with other team members to identify opportunities for clients

Business development including the provision of new services,

Developing your capability to become a business firm owner (optional) as an Associate and Partner
